In 2019, TOKYO FISH has expanded its range by premium Wagyu marbled beef from Ushichan Farm that uses special mixtures of feed for cows, depending on the age, sex and breed of each cow and closely monitors the animals' health. Wagyu beef is tender and juicy due to the marbling, high amounts of intramuscular fat, which is achieved by breeding cattle over several generations and raising it to get high-quality meat. Ushichan Farm prides itself on carefully raising livestock in a clean environment with the best feed, enabling them to offer the finest meat in Japan that goes beyond marbling.
